It is one of the seemingly constant traits in humans that we tend to focus on the negative. When it comes to assessing our own strengths and weaknesses, our attention goes most naturally to the “weaknesses” part of this dichotomy, and we try to improve by getting better at what we consider weaknesses. What if, however, we focused on highlighting and supporting our strengths instead? At Mercer-MacKay, we took steps to discover our strengths and support one another as a team.

Watch this week’s short video to learn more about the tool we used to explore our strengths, or, if you’re reader more than a video-watcher, check out the transcript of the video here.
