 One of the challenges in today’s busy world is getting and keeping your reader’s attention. If your reader is attentive, then they will remain engaged and likely click on the CTA (call to action) at the bottom of your blog, eBook, case study or other digital asset.

 If your client gets a lot of clicks from your copy, they will want to hire you again.

You need to think about including the customer pain throughout the writing you’re doing. This way you’ll hook the reader in a way that they can see themselves throughout the story.
